WEAVING FABRIC

The fabric division has a production capacity of 12 million meters per annual. All types of sheeting fabric ranging from percale to striped sateens are produced in house.

WEAVING TOWEL

The unit was set up with Rapier Machines which has been recently upgraded by adding Toyota Airjet looms, giving us the ability of producing a wider range in towels.

DYEING & FINISHING

We have a veriety of machines ranging from 400-1000 kgs capacity wise. All dyeing is carried out on soft flow dyeing machines from Thiess (Germany). Finishing is done on continuous flow tumbler dryers, also from Thiess. Our annual dyeing capacity is close to 4000 Tons.

VELOURING

We have top of the line shearing machines from Sucker-Muller. These machines provide us the ability to produce extra plush velour bathrobes, beach towels and other bath wear.

STITCHING

Our stitching department has Schmale length hemming machines. Cross hemming and label stitching is done manually. We enforce a zero metal policy in the stitching department. All our stitched products are passed through a metal detector before being sent to the packing division.
