WEAVING FABRIC

The fabric division has a production capacity of 12 million meters per annual. All types of sheeting fabric ranging from percale to striped sateens are produced in house.

WEAVING TOWEL

The unit is equipped with the latest Toyota airjet looms for optimal production performance and excellent product quality. This ensures smooth operations, accuracy, and consistent output.

DYEING & FINISHING

We have a veriety of machines ranging from 400-1000 kgs capacity wise. All dyeing is carried out on soft flow dyeing machines from Thiess (Germany). Finishing is done on continuous flow tumbler dryers, also from Thiess. Our annual dyeing capacity is close to 10,000 Tons.

VELOURING

We have top of the line shearing machines from Sucker-Muller. These machines provide us the ability to produce extra plush velour bathrobes, beach towels and other bath wear.

STITCHING

Our stitching department utilizes Schmale length hemming machines, while cross hemming and label stitching are performed manually. We adhere to a strict zero-metal policy, ensuring that all stitched products undergo metal detection before being sent to the packing division for final processing.
